Your Role as Technical Property Manager
As the Technical Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of the technical management and maintenance across three strategic Dutch locations. Your expertise will drive energy system optimization, coordinate essential maintenance work, and guide internal construction projects from concept to completion. Collaborating closely with building owners, you’ll implement strategies to significantly reduce energy costs and enhance sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive energy-saving initiatives
Optimize complex HVAC and heating systems for maximum efficiency
Coordinate both preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Manage relationships and contracts with suppliers and service providers
Oversee maintenance budgets with cost-efficiency in mind
Facilitate clear communication with tenants regarding maintenance activities
Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and building codes
Lead diverse construction projects through all development phases
The Ideal Candidate:
You’re a results-driven Technical Property Manager with verifiable success in reducing energy consumption across large-scale buildings. Your approach is practical, your communication skills exceptional, and your ability to prioritize tasks unmatched.
Requirements:
HBO or WO qualification in Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
Proven track record in reducing energy consumption in large buildings (8,000m²+)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial building management
Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency
EU citizenship/work authorization
